Over the last 45 years, the world has been mesmerized by Michael Jackson. Cute, adorable, talented child grows up to be a misunderstood and puzzling adult. He spent an enormous amount of time in Europe and Japan, where he may have been idolized for his music and talent even more than Stateside.
His friends and family say he never grew up. I don't know if was a manifestation of a Peter Pan Complex or if he was mentally arrested from not having a true childhood. We may never know the whole truth. We can just study his behavior, which was sometimes strange, and applaud his generosity and world wide appeal.
In the 80's, it seemed that every time we saw him his nose was smaller and his skin tone was fading. Reportedly, he suffered from Vitiligio, which is absence of pigmentation. To counter the blotchiness, he decided to bleach his skin for a more even tone. Some doubters believed he wanted to be white. I'm not here to judge, just to advise. The fact he spent time in Japan, where skin bleaching is a common beauty regime, I'd like to share a popular system to my readers.
I am in no way implying he used this system, it is just a method for those of you that are suffering from Hyperpigmentation or Vitiligio to possibly try.
I'd like to hear back from my readers on their thoughts.
